You see it before you pay
Building and previewing your resume is free, and you see the complete document — every word that will be in the PDF — before any payment is taken. Payment buys the download and a period of editing access: .
When we refund in full
- The PDF fails to generate or downloads damaged.
- The downloaded file does not match the resume you approved on screen.
- You were charged more than once for the same pass.
- You were charged but access was never granted.
Contact us within 14 days and we refund the full amount.
When we generally do not refund
- You downloaded the resume and simply changed your mind about the wording — you can edit and re-download for the whole period you paid for.
- You did not get an interview or a job.
- An employer’s system rejected or misread your resume. We format for widely-used conventions, but no one can guarantee behaviour of every employer’s software.
How to ask
Contact us with the mobile number or email on the account and roughly when you paid. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
